Set against the card’s $895 annual fee, using this one credit in full covers 45% of it.
How the quarterly reset works
It resets at the start of each calendar quarter. Four windows a year, and the last few days of March, June, September and December are where this credit gets wasted. Unused quarters do not roll forward.
Cardful tracks this credit to the cent, shows how much of the current calendar quarter is still unclaimed, and reminds you before the window closes — which is the whole reason the app exists.
