A guided pass

Four screens, four decisions

Wallet screen showing $2,197 of $4,570 in unused credits above a stack of cards. Best-card screen for Dining: Amex Gold wins at 4×, about 8.0 cents per dollar, with an active Blue Bottle offer flagged separately. Fee-payback screen: plus $136 with a KEEP verdict, $931 captured against a $795 fee, above the card's credit list. Points portfolio: 1,013,350 points across 8 programs valued by Frequent Miler RRV, with two live transfer bonuses at the top.
01 — Wallet

What am I leaving behind this month?

Every credit, one number, sorted by what dies soonest. Partial use counts — $17 left of $120 stays $17, until the reset.

02 — Best card

Which card do I pull out right now?

Pick a category or search a merchant. Cardful ranks the cards you hold by what they'll really earn — and shows the reasoning.

03 — Fee payback

Is this annual fee still worth paying?

Value captured minus the fee. One number, one verdict — keep, downgrade, or cancel — with the arithmetic visible.

04 — Points

What are my points actually worth?

Every balance in one portfolio, honestly valued — plus transfer partners, live bonuses, and a pay-cash-or-redeem calculator.

The three jobs

Built around what actually leaks value

Credits you forget. Cards you swipe by habit. Fees that renew on autopilot.

Never miss a credit

The credits you already paid for, used.

Every credit rolls on its own schedule. Cardful tracks each period, remembers partial use, and derives the status — so you never maintain it.

  • Partial amounts, logged to the cent.
  • Resets on Jan 1 or your card anniversary — your call.
  • Reminders before a window closes, scheduled on your iPhone.

Know which card

The right card, without the mental spreadsheet.

Search a merchant. Cardful resolves it through Apple Maps to a real category, then ranks your wallet by what each card genuinely earns — even offline.

  • Nearby mode surfaces the best card for the places around you, on-device.
  • Warehouse clubs handled properly — a card the club won't accept can't win the ranking.
  • Pin the winner to your Lock Screen, a widget, a Live Activity, or an Apple Wallet pass.

Point values shown are the default Frequent Miler RRV figures. Override any of them and every ranking re-sorts.

Decide on the fee

Settle the renewal with arithmetic, not vibes.

Before a fee posts, Cardful adds up what you actually captured and subtracts the fee. One number, one verdict, every line visible.

  • Keep, downgrade, or cancel — with the downgrade path named where one exists.
  • Retention toolkit: call scripts, per-issuer odds, and an offer tracker with spend progress.
  • The travel vault feeds it: free-night and companion certificates, elite status, lounge visits.
